Endormorph

THE ENDOMORPH

 

Contrary to the ectomorph, it is rather fat, a little soft and takes on fat mass very easily, especially in the belly. He is calm, sociable and loves to eat, so he must seriously watch his diet.   

TRAITS THAT PHYSICALLY AND PSYCHOLOGICALLY CHARACTER AN ENDOMORPH:

 

  • Smooth body with beautiful shapes

  • Easy to gain muscle

  • Medium/large bone structure

  • High body fat

  • Small shoulders and wide hips creating a pear shape

  • Difficult to maintain a regular weight

  • Slow metabolism Susceptible to fatigue Slow weight loss

BENEFITS OF BEING ENDOMORPHIC:

 

* It assimilates food very well  * May have very massive muscles and physique  Able to perform long sets with high volumes of training  

CONS:

 

* Difficulty losing fat  * Becomes fat easily and quickly gains belly  * He is often forced to control everything he eats  

NUTRITION TIPS  FOR THE ENDOMORPH

 

Since they accumulate fat easily, endomorphs should avoid carbohydrate-rich foods and reduce their fat intake.
