Phase 3: Stabilization phase (21 days)

 

Your new setpoint is now set, which is why this phase is extremely important. Since you are no longer taking HCG (activating drops), your body needs more energy from your food. It means a normal diet. That is to say: no longer reduce calories, keep a diet rich in protein and introduce good fats (avocado, olive oil, mozzarella etc.). You are now allowed to drink a glass of wine or a beer. But cut down on alcohol consumption as it contains sugar.

Absolutely avoid:

  • Anything containing flour, e.g. ex. bread, cakes and cookies

  • Sugar

  • processed foods

  • Potatoes, rice, pasta
