Among the other metabolic types, it is the luckiest since it can mold its physique and weight easily.   The mesomorph has the ideal physique to practice bodybuilding. He has a well-distributed and well-developed muscle mass. His body is suitable for bulking because he is naturally muscular and has more than average strength.   Even when consuming a large amount of food he does not gain much fat.
