Phase 4: Test phase (6 months)


During this phase, you test whether you keep the same weight or regain it. Avoid processed products in the future! Slowly begin to reintroduce more and more products into your diet. At first, you can start with more varieties of vegetables, that is, those that contain more carbohydrates and starch. Afterwards, with fruit and different types of bread.



at each phase 4, it's really an opportunity to keep a habit (deemed positive) followed during phase 2 or during phase 3 instead of a habit that preceded the metabolic cure (deemed less positive)!

The advantage of following phase 3 to the letter at least (failing phase 4), this allows you to start a cure at any time from phase 1, without any problem or restriction (apart from being pregnant or breastfeeding)
